Based in Eastern Pennsylvania, USA, Galgano Associates was founded in 1983 as a direct sales and marketing consulting company serving architectural building products industries.

Galgano Associates provides complete sales and marketing research, planning, development and implementation on an international scale to an impressive list of clients.

In recent years, concentration of this expertise has been in the natural stone industry of North America, providing direct sales and consulting services. Focus is sales and marketing development for international stone producers.

 

Services:

Sales Development—North America:
Extensive travel in direct sales, developing and maintaining excellent sales relationships with the 200 largest distributors, fabricators and installers of natural stone in the USA and Canada. Maintain a contact/mailing database of 700 smaller prospects.

Sales Development—International:
Extensive travel, knowledge and experience in buying/selling in international stone markets. Strong network of contacts, partnerships, and active buying relationships with top stone producers and operatives on all continents.

Sampling Program:
Samples inventoried in quantity and shipped via UPS and FedEx to support customers and prospects in the USA and Canada. This represents a tremendous increase in sample availability and service at a significant cost savings to factories.

Literature, Advertising, Press Release and Trade Show Development:
Assistance in developing identity, literature/advertising materials and maintaining media/press relationships from the USA. Four-color digital design and pre-press capability in-house.

Customer Contact:
Newsletters, Mailings, Broadcast Faxes, Email and Internet Service. Develop WWW sites in-house.

Marketing and Sales Planning:
Analyize and report the cost, strategy and tactics of developing products and stone markets in North America and internationally. Extensive experience in private and governmental marketing studies focusing on industry development, private and public financing/investment sources, etc.

Credit and Collections:
Assistance in developing credit information via D&B and industry sources. Manage credit and collections activities, including private credit insurance.
